For this challenge at Sugar Pea Designs I used a background I had made sometime ago and was just waiting for the right time to use it. I had used the 'Drink Me' embossing folder by Couture Creations as a stamp. I inked up the inside of the folder with dye ink and spritzed it with water, placed the paper in folder (close folder) then using my brayer I spread the ink around. Next I carefully opened the folder to reveal the image on the paper. Depending how wet it is you can sometimes get two prints from the same inking! Happy and the balloon are from MFT Blueprints #26 , the fishtail banner is from MFT Blueprints #24 and the back layer was cut using MFT Blueprints #6. After cutting out the balloon I felt it needed some more definition so I edged it with black marker and stuck it to a piece of pink card stock then fussy cut it out. There is a piece of washi tape across the top with a string of flowers cut using an Ek Success punch. The little tiny flowers are from a hand held flower punch (origin unknown). By masking off the 'happy' and just stamping 'birthday', using a stamp from SSS Handwritten Borders set I achieved the look I wanted.
