White and Silver Birthday card

I got this really cool white and silver birthday card from a talented Aussie Lady named Carol Jeffery. It has not scanned very well but the background is done with the "Cuttlebug, Happy Birthday" embossing design.

Only a little creative

Sunday fined up, more is the pity as we really need the rain. We went for a nice long bike ride as the temperature hit around 30C !

Monday saw me hibernate as the temperature got close to 37C and this is what I made.
These are small individual house magnets as requested by my mum:) There is actually some printed vellum in the triangle space of the second one.
I also made a couple of rows of houses but I am yet to scan them.

High School Reunion

Last night I went to my High School Reunion, it is 35 years since we finished and I was rather ambivalent about attending , in fact if my friend Sue had not rung and asked me to go I would have missed it. I am so pleased she rang, it was a great night reminising about the past and talking about what we have done with our lives. We had strategic exit plans but stayed until the staff were closing up and asked us all to move on...LOL Poor Mike I woke him up when I got home and bored him with my stories of people he does not know...LOL
Hooray hooray it is raining here this morning, I had big plans to get out and do some work in the garden too...what a shame...LOL I think I will get creative instead.

I am veryEXCITED !! I have just booked tickets to go and see "k.d.lang" next April I know it is a long way off but I did not want to miss out:)

I have been creative today too. A card to welcome to the world my new grand-neice Charlotte.

This is the little baby who did not make it into the shadow box (see below) that I made for my mum.
